Preparation of materials
1.Admission Card: A paper copy of your doctor's admission appointment card
2. Medical insurance users should prepare physical medical insurance card or apply for electronic medical insurance certificate
1）Remember the password of the medical insurance card.
2） the name of the newborn using "so- and- so son" to register the hospital, medical insurance registration please provide the newborn birth medical certificate to verify the identity.
3. Precautions:
1)admitted to the hospital did not register social security, during the hospital can make up the registration, please bring the hospital number or medical card ID number and social security card.
2) social security card reset password, please go to Qingyang government center or apply for electronic medical insurance certificate.
4. Working hours of admission center
2)8:00-8:15 for emergency observation patients; 8:15-17:00 open emergency room, consultation patients

6.Process
With all the prepared materials, go to the admission center to get the number, waiting area for the call processing
