1. Registration

(1) What are the ways to register?

The hospital provides registration services such as WeChat official platform appointment, hotline appointment, clinic appointment and onsite registration. For the first visit, you need to apply for a QR code and register a real-name medical visit card for clinical services.

Outpatient registration on the day of visit: You can register via the hospital’s official online platforms (WeChat, Alipay, etc.), and the registration counters and self-service machines on site. The appointment time is 6:30-21:00 every day.

Outpatient registration not on the day of visit: If you need to make an appointment within a week in advance, please refer to the following tips:

1. Search for the official account of the hospital "Chengdu Online Maternal and Children Healthcare" (WeChat, Alipay) and follow it.

Click on the bottom menu "Registration and Payment", select "Appointment", and operate as prompted. The appointment time is 6:00-23:50.

2. Hotline appointment: Please call 028-63806390 and follow the prompts. The appointment time is 8:30-17:00.

3. Clinic appointment: The doctor you visit will help you to make an appointment according to the illness condition and the appointment condition.

(2) How to Register an E-patient ID card?

With only one “code”, you can complete the whole processes of appointment, registration, triage, treatment and payment. At present, we provide the following three ways to apply for an E-patient ID card:

Online platforms: Open the WeChat or Alipay app, follow the official account: "Chengdu Online Maternal and Children Healthcare"; Click the menu bar in the bottom, enter “Personal Center” --- Apply/Bind a Patient ID Card --- Register a New Card". After registration, click to add a new patient. If you already have a patient ID card, click “Bind a Patient ID Card”, complete the steps of "Register QR Code", and proceed as prompted or scan the QR code on site.

On-site window in the Outpatient Hall: Please bring the patient’s ID certification with you, such as the resident ID card, mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents, mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents, or passport.

For Newborns without an ID number or even a name, you need to fill in “the son/daughter of XXX (mother's name)” at the on-site window.

2. Medical Treatment

(1) Public Transportation:

Central Hospital: No. 1617, Riyue Ave., Qingyang District, Zhongba Station of Metro Line 4.

Shiye Str. Branch: No. 32, Shiye Str., Qingyang District, Kuanzhai Alley Station of Metro Line 4.

Taisheng Rd. Branch: No. 173, South Taisheng Rd., Qingyang District, Taisheng Road South Station of Metro Line 4.

Dongchenggen Str. Branch: No. 24, Lower Dongchenggeng Str. Qingyang Distinct, Luomashi Station of Metro Line 4.

(2) How to take my appointment and visit the doctor?

Step 1: Sign in

Electronic QR code: “Official Account” – “Personal Center” – “Registration Records” – “Registration Information” – “Get QR Code”. Scan the QR code on the self-service sign-in machine in the corresponding clinical area.

Paper QR code: Scan the QR code on the self-service sign-in machine in in the corresponding clinical area.

Physical medical card: Swipe the physical medical card on the self-service sign-in machine in in the corresponding clinical area.

Step 2: Waiting for medical treatment

Please wait for the call after sign in the clinic area.

Time to sign in: 8:30 to 11:45, and 12:30 to 16:45. After signing in, you will visit the doctor according to the order of registration. Please arrange your time of signing in properly, and the appointment will be invalid if expires. Evening sign-in starts at 17:00, specialist night clinic stops at 19:30, and general night clinic stops at 21:00.

(3) Is it possible to reschedule my reserved examination or refund if I cannot come to the hospital as scheduled?

Yes, rescheduling or refunding is available.

To reschedule: Please bring your original application documents issued at the time of appointment (examination application form issued by the doctor, appointment form) to reschedule the appointment at the place where they were issued.

To refund:

1. Those who pay directly on the official account or scan the QR code to pay through the mobile phone: Please select “Registration and Payment”- “Online Payment” - “Payment Records”- “Switch the Patient” - “Select the Date” - “Select the Refund Form” - “Apply to Refund” - bring the examination form issued by the doctor to the examination department to confirm (on work days) - refund via the original payment way within 7 work days. Please wait patiently.

2. Those who pay in cash, social security card, bank card, WeChat and Alipay at the on-site payment window: Please bring the examination form to the doctor to sign, confirm the refund in the examination department, and then bring the refund sheet and the card or mobile phone used in the payment to the manual window to handle the refund (working days). The fee will be returned within 7 working days, please wait patiently.

(4) Report inquiry:

In the official online platform, "Chengdu Online Maternal and Children Healthcare", select “Personal Center” - “Report Inquiry” - “Examination Reports” - “Report Type” - select “Month/Year”, and then switch to the patient to query the report. For those who are unable to query some reports on mobile phone, please consult the on-site service counter according to the time and place noted on the bar code.

(5) Invoice and electronic invoice printing

Search the mini program "Electronic Ticket Folder” on WeChat, log in with the phone number registered for your medical ID card to inquire, download or print the invoice by yourself. You can print the invoice by scanning the QR code or using your medical card at the self-service machine, or asking the staff at Window 2 to print invoice for you.
